PROGRAM FEATURES
The ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program helps young and inquisitive graduates become new age bankers by providing the competitive edge needed for a rewarding career in the Banking industry.
This ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program is created by YES BANK in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI (MABFSI).(MAHE – 7th best University -NIRF Ranking 2021 ) On successful completion of the program, the candidate will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).
The Candidates have the option to choose a career in Corporate, Retail Business or Operations roles at the application stage. Post the successful completion of the program, the candidate will join YES BANK in the relevant domain that has been selected.
Program Structure
As a part of this One-year program, the selected candidates will undergo:
- 6 months of classroom learning (at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru)
- 3 months of internship with YES BANK
- 3 months of on-the-job training with YES BANK (where candidates will undertake a full-time role)
The Banking program is built around essential functional and banking related subjects with a firm focus on
experiential and application-based learning as well as overall personality development to become a thorough Banking professional.
Program Fee
Rs 3,31,000 (plus taxes) which includes Medical Insurance, Onboarding, Lodging, Program Fees and Tablet expenses for a period of 6 months at the Manipal Academy Campus in Bengaluru.
Selection Steps
- Complete the online application form
- Pay assessment fee of Rs 500 (inclusive of taxes)
- Take online assessment
- Selected candidates will then attend the online interview
- Successful candidates will receive the provisional offer letter from YES BANK and pay a non- refundable registration fee of Rs 10,000 to confirm their seat.

Stipend
A stipend of Rs 5000 per month will be paid for the first 6 months on campus, followed by Rs 20,000 per month for the 3-month internship period and the applicable salary will start during the On-the-Job Training period.
Eligibility
For Retail & Operations roles
- All candidates must be citizens of India
- Should hold a full-time graduation degree (with at least 55 per cent marks) for Retail & Operations roles
- Should be up to 28 years on the date of application
For Corporate roles
- All candidates must be citizens of India
- Should hold a Chartered Accountant/ MBA or equivalent (with at least 55 per cent marks).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience can apply
- Should be up to 28 years on the date of application.
