Systems + is hiring for the role of L1 Technical Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performs basic problem-solving and assists with Windows, Mac, software applications, and hardware systems.
• Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
• Maintains and updates the record-keeping system.
• Assists with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials.
• Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems.
• Troubleshoot basic server and network infrastructure issues.
• Assists with the review, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates.
• Assists with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, workstations, and/or other related equipment and devices.
• Maintains knowledge concerning technology, and equipment.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Coordinating with OEM vendors for warranty support.

Requirements:

• Base Location: Zonda Faridabad Office.
• Work Time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday
