Position Responsibilities:

Decisioning of KYC Renewal/addon/address change/PAN cases
Review and decision KYC documents of the customers (emails/physical documents/internal deduplication /CKYC/Digi locker downloads) as per the pre-defined policy/ guidelines & SOP’s:
– Strict adherence to the regulations/policy defined for KYC documents (Officially valid documents -OVD’s)
– Address/resolve customer queries on KYC for incoming emails /Invalid or negative document cases
– Review address changes into major /minor as per policy process defined
– Ensure accurate updation of the decisioning files/system for the final decisions on the cases
– Ensure that the benchmark productivity /accuracy & TAT target is met & also support team targets for the same
– Ensure prioritization and closure of urgent customer/internal stakeholders’ emails

Maintain /track process-specific responsibilities assigned for any new changes in policies/systems/processes

Review the process and proactively identify the gaps & highlight the same for changes – including communication templates/customer concerns /RCA’s

Measures of Success (Define the Outcomes expected of the role): 100% achievement of the benchmark for productivity, accuracy & TAT: Weightage 80%, Identify/implement opportunities for process improvement -Weightage 20%.

Skills Sets Required: Good written and oral communication skills, Basic knowledge of key aspects related to KYC – document types of acceptability norms etc.

Must have Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, Good Knowledge of MS office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Overall experience in role: 1 year + preferred (Preferably from the service industry: Credit Cards, BPO, Banks, NBFCs, Telecom, Insurance)
