• This is a specialized function and person identified for this project should be well versed with systems and domain expertise in immigration phase.
• He should also have the thorough understanding on ivizon system / ivizonxt system / imanage system / icore system.
• He / she should be well versed with handling the Assist ticket in a timely manner as per the defined SLA.
• The person will be responsible to provide root cause analysis / identify the areas of improvement / work closely with the MIS team and provide them necessary solutions to ensure the errors / bugs are not arising in the future again.
