If you are passionate about experimenting, looking for an opportunity which enables you to provide HR & IT solutions to Koch employees worldwide,this role is for you! This is not your typical call center, you will be able to provide valuable suggestions around the employee benefits, give your inputs on how to make the employee communications more effective while also helping employees on issues related to IT applications

What You Will Do

● Drive transformation through innovative ideas to improve HR & IT process to meet the current and future needs of the customer.

● Participate in initiatives to implement process improvements

● Build strong relationships with customers, team members, partners and other key stakeholders.

● Interact with employees on policies and benefits and IT related queries through different intake channels- Chat, Call and Tickets.

● Responsible for creating and sharing Knowledge documents which would be beneficial for customers and internal teams.

● Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that HR & IT needs are met

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Good Soft Skills & excellent problem-solving skills

• Employee Lifecycle Management

• Should be a team player

• Bachelor’s degree

• Ready to work in 24/7 environment

• Willingness to work on both HR & IT related process

• Knowledge on Employee Services, Flexible to work on HR as well as IT process and working in a 24/7 setup
