Job Description
Job Role:
-
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries/requests/complaints.
-
Raise requests & complaints on behalf of the customer using the CRM tool.
-
Generate sales leads and explain new banking products & benefits.
-
Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines.
-
Identify problems, suggest process improvements, and ensure accuracy.
-
Meet all parameters of the monthly scorecard (Quality, Efficiency, Accuracy).
-
Keep updated knowledge about bank products, processes, and systems.
-
Ensure sales targets are achieved regularly.
Skills Required
-
Excellent verbal communication skills (English + Hindi compulsory).
-
Ability to understand and capture basic customer information.
-
Strong customer service focus and listening skills.
-
Basic knowledge of Banking / Credit Cards preferred.
-
Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.
Work Timings
-
Shifts start from 6:30 AM onward.
-
Female candidates shift window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Graduates (Any Stream) can apply.

Freshers and experienced both eligible.
