Analyst – Payment Investigation

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in Payment Investigations/Funds Transfer/ACH from Banking background
2. Fresher’s with a go-getter attitude & proficiency in English with strong analytical skills
3. Good written & communication skills
4. Typing speed – 25 to 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
5. Hands on experience on working with Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Working Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint (preferred)
7. Should be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously
8. Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work
9. Escalating anomalies in observed volumes, specific cases or other scenarios indicating potential error, fraud or change in client behavior
10. Generating outbound correspondence (MT199, Fed 1090)
11. Validating that the underlying USD wire was processed correctly by the operations.
12. Classifying the inquiry under the correct inquiry type
13. Communicating with the credit and debit parties using appropriate messaging frequencies, templates and verbiage as outlined in the USD Investigations procedures documents
