Genpact is hiring candidates for the post of Management Trainee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to prepare relevant dashboards.
• MIS Reporting and Excel
  Opportunity to be part of the HR Shared Services serving pan Genpact.
• The incumbent would work very closely with business and IT teams to prepare relevant dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate from any stream can apply

Preferred skill:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Data Management/MIS Skills (HR MIS reporting will be an added advantage)
• Excellent MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, logical formulas, etc.)
• A team player, ready to work under strict timelines and deliver quality output
• Good oral and written communication skills
