We are inviting applications for the manager role of Associate-Remote Operation Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, the role requires understanding of Wind turbine engineering drawings, Major components of WTG, spare parts, technical analysis including prior knowledge of resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions. Previous experience in Inspecting, diagnosing, adjust, or repair of onshore wind turbines will be added advantage. The applicant should be willing to remotely work 24/7 on heavy industrial machines across the globe which are generating millions of records.
Responsibilities
• SCADA Monitoring & Trouble shooting analysis of wind turbine remotely.
• Required Electrical & Mechanical knowledge of components and hands-on experience in Wind turbine.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments in wind turbine design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
• To be supportive for different regions around the globe accordingly based on level different modules of turbines.
• Advance trouble shooting guide read out and implementing in wind Turbine.
• Give site team a better insight into troubleshooting root causes of faults after ROC techs have exhausted all steps through FHPs.
• Provide a means to accurately measure performance metrics via ROC metric tools.
• Utilizing the Fault Handling Procedures (FHPs).
• Provide technical information and advice solutions to internal customers regarding technical issues.
• Triage the case to concerned technical team if case requires additional inputs from other support team.
• Checking the fault frequency history and any relevant notes.Need to Work with various region units and modules and relevant to site specific instruction.
• Deliver the support for induvial regions during distinct requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s / Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical /similar specialization.
• Good years of work experience in Wind turbine experience.
• Work is structured and systematic and has consistent attention to detail, which enables you to meet deadlines.
• Be an innovative career creative individual who can work autonomously and yet appreciates the value of working in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:-
• Good working experience in Wind turbine on Technical skills and analysis of trends CMD.
• Good communication and presentation skills o Advanced MS Excel skills.
• You will be working with both internal and external colleagues/partners in a global multi cultural environment.
