What you’ll achieve

You will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the Inside Sales & Field Team while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

You will:

• Achieve targets by selling Dell’s solutions via outbound calling, consultation, and other influential selling techniques
• ​Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
• Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
• Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities
• Do cross sell and upsell on our exiting set of customers
